                Subject:  C.O.P.S. Blue Ribbon Campaign

During National Police Week each year in May, we encourage citizens and law enforcement agencies to attach blue ribbons to their vehicle antennas.  By flying the blue ribbon, it signifies your remembrance of those officers in law enforcement who have made the ultimate sacrifice in service to their community.  It also signifies appreciation and promotes recognition for those officers who continue to serve and protect the citizens of their community.

Each year over 1,500,000 blue ribbons will be distributed by the Concerns of Police Survivors organization (COPS) to departments and agencies across the nation.  There is no cost or obligation to you or your department for participating in this project.

If you wish to place an order for these ribbons for your department, please complete the information below and fax this form to 573-346-1414.  There is a minimum of 25 ribbons and a maximum of 500 per request.  This request will place your department on the automatic mailing list to receive them in February or March of each year, unless you notify us otherwise.
